004: The Symptoms of Menopause – How to Move from Crappy to Happy!

The symptoms of menopause really are endless.  We all know about hot flushes/flashes, mood swings and weight gain, and some are aware of anxiety, depression, memory problems, vaginal dryness and sleep issues.  But many other symptoms can arise that get overlooked, labelled as a mystery illness or simply not attributed to menopause.  

So today we’re going to take a brief look at what on earth is going on with your body to cause all these mysterious symptoms, and then we’ll see how we can turn it around from feeling crappy and out of control, to feeling empowered.
