Here’s a quick two minute meditation – perfect if you’ve been meaning to start meditating but haven’t had chance to begin yet.
What I didn’t mention in the video (because I wanted it to be as quick as possible!) is that you can focus on placing the energy for your belly into your womb (or the area where your womb was, if you’ve had a hysterectomy).
A woman’s womb can receive a lot of negativity during the years (e.g. if you suffer from painful or heavy periods). Do this meditation to put some love, beauty and appreciation back into the core of your femininity.
