I slept for 11 hours on Friday night. I woke up Saturday morning dreaming of making shepherd’s pie with white rosemary (more on the properties of rosemary below). So I made it today (minus the white rosemary of course – although I did use some rosemary from the garden).
Here’s my vegan shepherd’s pie – totally yummy. CrapFree food – no artificial/processed whatever – just packed full of organic veggie nutrient dense goodness 🙂
I don’t think there’s such a thing as white rosemary (the leaves were white in my dream). But I have found a rosemary plant that’s called white rosemary (even though it has green leaves).
Rosemary is a herb associated with cleansing/purification but is also one of the oldest incenses where it was burnt for love and lust! How appropriate for Valentine’s day.
However for me, I think my dream was referring to rosemary’s cleansing properties (white is the colour of purification).
I’ve just begun a big mission to spring clean our home (and especially my office after 11 months of manic work!). I know it’s not spring yet, but with the recent launch of CrapFree Goddess I’m certainly embracing fresh new beginnings and I’m hoping to get this spring clean done by spring time!
I have a dream of sitting in the garden in the summer feeling a huge sense of contentment because every drawer and cupboard and every nook and cranny in the home is clean and organised. I feel I need to create space – a new clean space in which I have room to expand (metaphorically speaking, not physically!).
I want to give myself room to create, to explore new ways of working, to explore new possibilities. I want to feel a sense of freshness. A clear mind.
Changes in your environment affect changes in your body/mind/soul too, and vice versa. So by clearing the clutter in my home, I hope to create space for wonderful new opportunities. Â Fancy doing this with me?
So if you’re in need of some cleansing, or a little bit of love magic, then add some rosemary to your food. Â Hold the rosemary in your hands, make your wish, then add it to your recipe and enjoy.
Let me know if the magic works!
With love
